Since this is the only version seemingly available in English on the internet, I decided to clean it up a bit so it is easier to read.

You can download the PDF I have created here. It needs a bit more cleaning up but I haven’t gotten around to it yet… if you find any errors, feel free to tell me about them! The thing that needs the most work is the English translation, but I’m wary about changing that lest I lose some of the original meaning.
